All products are made according to customer requirements or standard designs as agreed during order confirmation.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.
  • An order is only considered confirmed after design approval and/or advance payment (if required).
  • PRITEX SPORTS reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to incorrect information, payment issues, or unavailability of materials.

4. Custom Orders (Important)

  • Custom products are made according to customer-approved designs, logos, sizes, and specifications.
  • Customers are fully responsible for final design approval before production starts.
  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not allowed.
  • PRITEX SPORTS is not responsible for errors approved by the customer (e.g., spelling, logo placement, color selection).

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted based on product type, quantity, and customization requirements.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to material or production cost changes.
  • Orders will only be processed after receiving agreed payment terms (full or partial advance).
  • Any additional bank charges, taxes, or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Production Time

  • Production time depends on order quantity and design complexity.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary.
  • Delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of PRITEX SPORTS.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver worldwide using trusted courier services.
  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.
  • PRITEX SPORTS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier services.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges must be paid by the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Claims must be reported within 3–7 days after receiving the order with clear proof (images/videos).
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.

9. Quality Assurance

PRITEX SPORTS ensures that all products go through quality checking before shipment. However, slight variations in color, stitching, or fabric may occur due to production processes.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content created by PRITEX SPORTS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct order details
  • Approving final designs
  • Ensuring they have rights to use any logo or branding provided
  • Reviewing all specifications before confirmation

12. Limitation of Liability

PRITEX SPORTS will not be held responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties
  • Losses due to incorrect customer information
  • Misuse of products after delivery
  • Indirect or business-related losses
